ускоренный способ начисления амортизации
Метод начисления амортизации, при котором большая часть стоимости актива относится на первые годы его службы. То есть амортизация активов происходит в темпе более высоком, чем реальная амортизация оборудования и других средств производства, составляющих эти активы Применяется в ряде стран в качестве меры, стимулирующей техническое совершенствование производства (более быструю смену поколений оборудования), так как при У.с.н.а. сокращается сумма налога на прибыль предприятия и выигрыш может быть обращен на новые инвестиции. Например, США применяли метод ускоренной амортизации во время второй мировой войны в отношении предприятий военной промышленности с целью более быстрой модернизации производства вооружений. В России в настоящее время этот метод используется, но лишь в исключительных случаях.

Распределение амортизируемой стоимости актива, обеспечивающее доход в виде вмененного процента с суммы, вложенной в актив. Сумма амортизационных отчислений при этом с течением времени растет. Ср. с Ускоренная амортизация (Accelerated Depreciation).
В российской практике такой метод не применяется.
